1. How does it work?
Offmap connects you directly with local outfitters and boutique accommodations around the world to build unique and spectacular adventure vacations. Each trip is paired with a free custom guidebook available in print or on your iPad that is written an edited specifically for your trip by an expert travel writer.
2. What happens after I make a purchase?
Since we only work with small local outfitters and lodgings, it can take up to 24-48 hours to confirm a booking request. You’re credit card will not be charged until your booking has been confirmed and finalized. After which, you will be directly contact by an Offmap representative to go over any additional question you have an to assist in the delivery of your custom guidebook.
3. What if I misplace my confirmation email?
No worries, it happens. Shoot us an email at support@offmap.com and we’ll send you another one.
4. Are taxes and gratuity included?
All taxes and fees are either included in the displayed price or added at the time of checkout. Gratuity is typically NOT included as part of the packaging.
5. Is travel insurance included?
Travel insurance is not included in the purchase price, unless otherwise explicitly stated. Offmap highly recommends purchasing travel insurance prior to departing.
PAYMENT
1. When do you charge my credit card?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of your booking being confirmed.
2. How can I redeem my rewards credits?
Any rewards credits earned on your Offmap account will be automatically deducted from your purchase price at the time of checkout. If you have any questions regarding your rewards credits, please contact us at support@offmap.com
SUPPORT
1. I recently booked a trip and am encountering unexpected issues, what do I do?
Please contact Offmap’s Customer Support support@offmap.com if this occurs. EpicThrills will monitor our outfitter relationships and try to respond proactively wherever possible. Your experience is our number one priority!
3. Can I change dates?
All purchases are final. Therefore we cannot guarantee other dates will be available. If you have no other option but to change your date, please contact us directly at support@offmap.com. While we cannot promise anything, we will always work to find the best solution.
4. What if I am unhappy with the experience I ordered on EpicThrills?
While we work hard to ensure this doesn’t happen, we always want your feedback! Send your comments and thoughts to support@offmap.com.
